How do I support equal opportunities for well-being, development and succes?

I do this by working on the basis of ‘balance’. Balance is a key in ensuring that we thrive, develop and achieve success both as individuals, groups and organisations.

My focus is to help individuals, groups and organizations to find and (re)establish a better balance:

Balance in mental well-being

Balance in leadership

Balance in life and the challenges we face

Good balance calls for different measures depending on who we are, what we are shaped by and what opportunities we have. Good balance is therefore individual, but equally important for all of us.

Regardless of who you are and what you want to achieve, as an individual, group or organisation, you have come to the right place if you want to work in a balanced way with yourself and your development on the way to your goals.

Inequality in access to a good balance in life, in well-being and in leadership is a major factor in why many people are unhappy, change jobs or do not succeed in the goals and dreams they have.

I want to change that.

For me, the depth of the space of trust that Maja creates has helped me to develop myself exactly where I wanted - within subjects I didn't quite know how to handle myself.
