re:lief wellbeing and stress coaching is relevant if you:

The fundamental focus in re:lief wellbeing and stress coaching is to establish a better balance in your mental health as well as in relation to the challenges that you deal with on an ongoing basis.

With a targeted coaching process, you get the opportunity to prioritize your own wellbeing and work with what is the right balance for you.

If the imbalance has affected you in the form of symptoms of stress or strain, you are in safe hands. With my background as a psychologist, I also have the right tools to take hold of you and set a good framework to support you to regain your footing and your balance.

There are many reasons for wanting to work dedicatedly with your mental wellbeing. I typically compare it to our physical health.

Most of us will very naturally take care of any physical defects or aches. We will try to ensure that we have a physically balanced body. In the same way, it applies to our mental health.

Sometimes our mental health and wellbeing call for us to take care of any challenges or imbalances. I would like to help you with that.

This is the purpose of re:lief wellbeing and stress coaching. And as the name suggests, it provides a sense of relief when you take care of yourself and your wellbeing.

Most people experience relief already when they reach out and stand up for the need to take their mental health and wellbeing seriously.

What is the process in wellbeing or stress coaching?

Regardless of whether you need wellbeing coaching or stress coaching, the process is based on your specific situation and needs.

With a supportive and structured coaching process, I help you get off to a good start and guide you along the way. I set the framework and ensure an appropriate pace for our sessions.

My focus is on supporting you and showing you the tools you need. That way you can move from thoughts, doubts and imbalance to action, well-being and balance.

How long does it take to get (back) to well-being? It depends on your situation and the level of any discomfort and stress symptoms.

An indicative duration is between 6-12 weeks. At the beginning of the process, we will typically meet weekly to ensure good support in connection with the start-up. The frequency is then lowered as you regain your footing and well-being.

Before the sessions, I struggled with low self-esteem, but Majas different perspectives and small exercises helped me realize that my voice has just as much right to be heard as anyone else's.
